Rajyotsava Awardee, Abdulla Kunhi, is a visionary, a dynamic entrepreneur and industrialist. Mr. Abdulla Kunhi was amongst the first to make a foray into the field of private medical Education in the South Kanara region with the setting up of medical, dental, nursing and physiotherapy colleges.

Abdulla Kunhi is the Managing Director of Yenepoya Group, one of the oldest family business entities in Karnataka that has business interests in fields such as timber trading, joinery manufacture, plywood manufacture, packaged drinking water, etc.

Abdulla Kunhi believes strongly that whatever business Yenepoya involves in, must focus on being the best in terms of quality. A perfectionist, Abdulla Kunhi will ensure no compromise is made to ensure stylish infrastructure and best in practice quality standards. 

Mohammed Farhaad Yenepoya

Farhaad Yenepoya is the Finance Director of the Yenepoya Group. Farhaad works closely with The Yenepoya School to ensure that the group’s vision to make TYS a replicable model of progressive, child centric, value based centers of learning is a reality. Farhaad has an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. He also has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.
